Bati White Rum, produced by RUM Co. of Fiji, undergoes a two-year aging process in oak vats and is then meticulously filtered using coconut shell carbon to preserve the essence of Fiji. This exceptional white rum boasts a velvety texture, accompanied by a delightful citrus fragrance and a subtle hint of vanilla oak. It has been recognized with a prestigious Gold Medal at the 2021 Bartender Spirits Awards and the 2019 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
